About The Teacher
Mrs. McCombie lives in Santa Clara with her husband, Mike and her three children, Allison, 7, Ethan, 5, and Anna, 4. The McCombie’s are parishioners at St. Joseph of Cupertino Church, and all three children are attending St. Joseph’s School!
Mrs. McCombie is from San Jose and attended St. Christopher Catholic School, Presentation High School and then went on to Santa Clara University to earn a B.A. in Multidisciplinary Studies, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and a Masters in Interdisciplinary Education with an emphasis in Psychology and Special Education.
Mrs. McCombie always wanted to be a teacher, and fortunately, she has been a part of the wonderful St. Joseph of Cupertino School community since she started her teaching career in the upper grades in 1993. After taking a few years off to have her children, she is excited to return as the second grade teacher this year.
