Homework Policy

Fourth graders will have homework Monday through Thursday nights.  The homework across all subjects should total about 60 minutes every night. You will have homework in Reading, Math, Cursive and Spelling every night and Science, Social Studies, and Religion one or two times a week.

Fourth graders will learn to be RESPONSIBLE for their homework!!!!  They will write down all their homework each night in their assignment book.  Mrs. Heissenbuttel will check and stamp all assignment books when they are complete.  Soon, if the fourth graders prove that they are responsible, Mrs. Heissenbuttel will trust them to do this themselves, and won’t stamp assignment books anymore.
