Our classrooms are equipped with the latest curriculum and technology for the high achievement of all of our students.
The academic program is strong and challenging. Our students score in the upper percentiles in standardized testing, do well on high school entrance exams, and are successful in their high school programs.
There is a strong focus on technology: A fully equipped, newly upgraded, Computer Lab and three Mobile Computer Labs with MacBooks and MacBook Airs; four iPad stations holding 100+ iPads total; SMART interactive boards in 13 classrooms; 1:1 iPad Program for Grades 6 thru 8; LCD projectors and document cameras in every classroom; full-time computer teacher for Grades K-8, and a specialized aide who supports teachers in integrating technology into lessons; computer centers in the classrooms and library
We offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities; ranging from music, math, technology, geography, geometry, Student Council, chess, Chinese, and sports.
The arts are alive and well at SJC. Students participate in art and music classes as part of the curriculum. There are also opportunities for drama, band, and art (both digital and analog) outside of the classroom.
SJC participates in athletics with other local Catholic schools in grades 4-8. We play (girls) softball, (boys) flag football, soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Student participate annually in a swim meet and track meet. Students are also given a chance to learn about teamwork in the lower grades through our Little HoopStars basketball program.
There are a variety of clubs during and after the school day for students to learn more about a particular skill or talent. Our Art club is very popular with the students. In addition we also have computer coding club, keyboarding/open lab, geometry club, Chess Club, Chinese classes, Geography Club, School Choir, Music Ministry, Student Council, and Band.

Over 80% of our students are Catholic. 51% of the students are male and 49% are female.
We understand the busy life of Silicon Valley and offer both before and after school extended care for our students. We open at 7:00 a.m. and we close at 6:00 p.m. on the days that school is in session. At $6.25 per student per hour, we hope that this service helps our families who work at the numerous tech sites near our campus.
